New challenge - Week 1, Day 5

After another go at Tabata Sprints I took today off. The results so far are very noticeable. It’s amazing how great 12 minutes can do you. So far so good.

New challenge - Week 1, Day 4

Decided to not do any pyramids this week and concentrate on the Tabata Sprints. It’s awesome. Only 12 minutes for the whole workout and I can feel my muscles working at it

New challenge - Week 1, Day 3

Decided to take today off. I’m a bit sore and think the day off is wise. I saw great results with the Tabata sprints. Tomorrow I’ll do another set.

New challenge - Week 1, Day 2

Pyramid training in the morning. With the following setup: 1x pushup, 2x V-Upsand 3x squats This time I managed to do 5 steps. In the evening I tried doing some Tabata sprints. They are something else! My legs felt like Jello afterwards! Want to do another set this Thursday.
